Shipping Information:

All orders are processed as quickly as possible and shipped by the most expeditious means based on the purchaser's shipping selection, but occassionally there may be delays in obtaining some items so please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery. All products will be shipped via the best means available to ensure the quickest and safest delivery of your order. Typical lead time for custom items is 1-3 weeks. Please allow adequate time for us to customize your products properly and provide you with the highest quality product possible.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

Because Hiram's Abyss provides customized products we regret that all sales are final and cannot be returned except for errors in engraving on our part. Be sure to verify all information on your order for accuracy before submitting. Engraving performed to the original order specifications cannot be returned if the error was due on the part of the party placing the order. All goods are personally inspected prior to shipping for damage of any type and are shipped in original condition condition. Any orders received damaged must be handled through the shipper and not Hiram's Abyss or our parent company Essence of Light. All items being returned must be done so within 10 days of receipt or they will not be accepted for return.

Reimbursement of any type will be handled on a per case basis and may take as long as 8 weeks to process.

Any orders cancelled after work is begun will be subject to a cancellation fee of no less than $25.00 US and may be higher based on the items ordered. Each cancellation will be handled on a per case basis.

Fraudulent or misleading orders will be investigated and prosecuted to the full extent of the law.
